I got a little distracted at work today .....

....  and starting planning a new quilt with my highlighter.  That ever happen to you?

  3. That looks way more fun that the lists of tiny print underneath it! I usually get hit with ideas as I'm putting my daughter to bed. I can't break out the markers though otherwise she will think it's coloring time and never go to sleep.

  4. In a word, yes! At work, I use graph paper instead of regular ruled pads and I'd be lying if I said it wasn't so that I'd have something to sketch quilts on when inspiration strikes. Well, that and I just like graph paper, but mostly it's for the sketching.

    i work from home :)
    so it's very very easy to do other things, like quilt, crochet, play with my dogs. lol

  13. Girl, I'm an admin at my work with nothing (that I wanna do) half the time. EXCEL! It's totally my BFF at work. I did my Metro Link quilt on it! You have to try it! and, I'd be lying if I said that I don't have a rainbow of highlighters at my desk too!
